Wha does RTN means?

RTN means, shortly, combination of some Russian words: ROSTECHNADZOR (It can be translated as : Russian Technical Inspection). It was called formerly GGTN, now since 2004 year FSETAN ( Federal Services for Ecological, Technological and Nuclear Supervision ) started to name RTN and/or RTN Permit to Use.
Governmental Inspection on Industrial Safety controlled by RTN Organization in Russia.
All Hazardous Areas are the main subject of this control, including; Oil Industry, Mining Industry, Lifting Equipment and Cranes, other Explosive Atmospheres.
